How do I book a ride?
The entire process consists of 4 steps:
- Choose a location, ride type, number of people and duration
- Select a date on the calendar and pick an available time
- Enter your contact details (name, phone, email)
- Pay for the reservation online — confirmation will be sent by SMS and email
Can I cancel or change my reservation?
Yes — free cancellation is possible up to 3 hours before the ride. After that, the reservation is non-refundable.
